You represent that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with our community standards.

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or harvest data from QuestLoops without permission; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; post false, misleading, or deceptive information; harass, threaten, or harm other users; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.

All content on QuestLoops that is not user-submitted — including our logo, design, copy, and code — is owned by QuestLoops and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to QuestLoops at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or that we determine to be harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
